Well tonight was Dylan's turn... he had rehearsal... yes, dance rehearsal. He took HipHop this year at the same dance company where Erin takes dance. He actually is pretty good (even though I am a little prejudiced). His routine is called "Girls vs. Boys"... how appropriate ;-)
Not so much about WD anymore... enjoying a new life now!!! To the friends and family who actually read blogs... get a glimpse of what we do and perhaps another side of us you didn't know.

Daycamp Excitement
I dropped Dylan and Caden off at summer daycamp this morning. They were surprisingly excited to be there. When I picked up the summer schedule, I noticed that the camp has all sorts of fun activities planned for the kids. Dylan is suppose to go play laser tag tomorrow. Other weeks they are suppose to go to the movies, bowling, skating, zoo, plus much much more! Not to mention that it is arranged once per week they go swimming. Dylan said he loved it today... they played games, played in the gym, played on the playground, colored, heard a Bible story, and had 2 snacks! He was very pleased with camp. I'll have to sneak a few photos to post soon!

Erin's 2nd Birthday FINALLY scrapbooked
I had to do a layout for the Board of Designers at Scrapbook & Co. It had to be a birthday layout... I was all set to get some of my 34th surprise b-day photos out of the envelope, until I saw the colors of the papers that the store assigned to me... it was all pink, orange, with a touch of blue/green... not my colors. So I left those photos in the envelope and went in search of some birthday photos that I had not scrapped yet. Flipping through the box of photos of Erin, I ran across her 2nd birthday! These were perfect!

Busy, busy, busy
It will be easier to update everyone by just showing you pictures...
Erin's shopping birthday at the mall with her friends:
Kids playing on top of the playhouse... yep, WD let them jump off the top of the playhouse onto the trampoline! The kids have been enjoying free-dress day, field-days, and fun days at school (it's never been easier waking Dylan up than it has this week)...
To top it all off, Erin & Dylan have dance recitals next weekend... this weekend we are planning on having the neighbors over to celebrate Memorial day on the back patio... and the list keeps going!

Scrappin with the Chicks
I spent a great weekend with a bunch of girlfriends at the newly remodeled Red Lion Hotel's convention room scrapbooking! It was the first annual "Scrappin' with the Chicks", and it was a blast. I got lots of layouts done, and won a bunch of great prizes. Fun, fun, fun. The best part was getting caught up with the girls. We chatted, laughed, gossiped, and acted completely goofy (without cares in the world). The biggest surprise of the weekend was running into a girl I was best friends in middle school, Alyssa. The most coincidental thing was that she just married a guy who works with WD at Rubicon! I nearly freaked out... it was just too coincidental. WD is coworkers and friends with Bobby who married my school buddy! I am looking forward to inviting them over so that we can catch up with each other!
